Mike L. Downey accidentally set a football field on fire as a child. These days, he’s more careful as he prefers writing science fiction and fantasy to pyrotechnics. A former newspaper reporter as well as freelance and university writer, Downey has interviewed Nobel-prize winners, TV and movie stars, and musicians no one has heard of…yet.
